1. Important Notice: Please read the following trade conditions before proceeding placing your order.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you order or purchase goods on the website. Terms of trade may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in our business model, technology, our system capacity, or applicable laws and regulations), and therefore we ask you to approve the Terms of Service each time you shop with us. Any reference to “you” or “your” means you as a user of the Website, any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” means South Beach Cocktail Company ApS.

If you do not agree to the Terms of Active Check in connection with each purchase, you cannot order or purchase items on our website. You are entitled to withdraw from this agreement without reason within 14 days of the date on which you or one of your third parties, other than the postal or shipping carrier, receive the goods in physical possession. However, you will incur the cost of returning goods to South Beach Cocktail Company (read more under “Right of regret – returns”). The terms of the Danish Buying Act are applicable to your purchase, which means that you have certain statutory warranties for the contractility of the product, this applies to physical products you have purchased in our shop, it does NOT apply to digital purchases, such as our e-book, all digital purchases are automated, final, and irrevocable.

2. Orders

The online store is open 24 hours a day, but may be closed from time to time in order to perform maintenance and/or updates to the Website. An offer made on a holiday or after 5 pm will be processed on the following day. You must be of legal age (as required by your country) to purchase items on our website and have a valid credit card accepted by us. If you not of legal age, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.

Special Reservations: In accord with the Danish contracts act § 9 (Særlig Forbehold Aftalelovens § 9)

By placing an order on our website, you make an offer to purchase the item(s) you have chosen, under the terms of this Agreement. We may freely choose to accept or decline your purchase offer. If your order contains purchases of several items, we reserve the right to accept the order in part and refuse offers of purchase of other item (s) under the same order. Among other things, we reserve the right to refuse any offer of purchase in any of the following situations without being liable for compensation or other costs:

  • Your contact, billing, shipping and/or payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
  • Your order has been submitted for the purpose of committing fraud, theft, harassment, pranks etc. or delivered in connection with a criminal offense or other illegal activity.
  • An accidental error occurs on the Home page, such as a payment error, typo, a pricing error, the item is out of stock, or the like, in accord with the Danish contacts art 39, 2. (Aftalelovens § 39, 2.)
  • We have reason to believe you are under legal age.
  • We have reason to believe identity theft has occurred and that someone other than you is attempting to place an order, illegally using your identity and credit card.

We can only accept offers made on the Website. We do not process offers made otherwise, for example; in emails, letters, phone or faxes without prior written approval. If we opt to decline an offer either in full or partial, received monetary amounts equal to the amount of the goods in question will be returned to the original payment method providing it is a valid and legal transaction, either partial or in full without fees or other costs for you. As an example: Let’s say several large purchase offers comes in at approximate the same time, and we have not had able opportunity to list the item as sold out in between, we will fill the orders on a first come first serve basic, if your order is not the first, this might cause us not to be able to fulfill the order either partial or in full, in which case we will contact you with the expected lead time and give you an opportunity to either cancel or accept a later delivery date. If the item is listed to be discontinued, we might decline your offer for purchase altogether. Another example: Although we do our best to update our website and ensure that offers, prices, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. Spelling errors, pricing, quotations, descriptions, and other information about the items may occur, and sometimes we detect that the price of an item is incorrect, or we might experience a technical glitch or bug on the site. If we find an error in the price of an item you have ordered on the website, we will notify you as soon as possible. Under these circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price for the item and allow you to buy the item at the correct price or cancel if you prefer. If we are unable to contact you, we will use our right not to accept your offer.

How to order:

  • Find the items you would like to purchase and add these to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
  • When you are ready to proceed to check out, click on the view cart button or the “Shopping cart” icon in the top right corner to confirm that the goods in your shopping basket are correct.
  • Once you have confirmed that the content in the cart is correct
  • Click the “proceed to check out” button.
  • Fill in your billing details including your name and address, postcode/ Zip, town/city, country, phone number and emails address.
  • If you like the goods to be shipped to a different address tick the box name ”ship to a different address” and a new address field will appear, enter the address that you would like us to ship to.
  • Select a shipping method, the cost of shipping will be added to your cart, make sure everything is correct and click next
  • Click the go to payment button Stripe secure payment
  • A window will appear with the field to enter your credit card number, month, year and CVC Card security code (for Visa and Master card this code is found on the back of your card and applies to the last 3 digits in the signature field on your card, this is also called a CVV “card verification value” in some case CVV2. CVV2 is a second-generation improved version of the original CVV. On American Express cards the CVC or CVV consist of a 4-digit numeric code located on the front of the card on the right side just above your credit card number.) Fill in your credit card information and CVC – If you have used Stripe before and have elected for Stripe to remember you – enter your secure personal code.
  • Read our privacy policy and tick the check off box
  • Read our Terms and Conditions and tick the check off box
  • Click Pay now on the button in the Stripe field
  • Stipe secure payment gateway will post an order number with the amount
  • Click order – at that time the order is confirmed and sent to us
  • A “Thank you for your order” confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided.
  • When we have reviewed and approved your order and the item(s) are dispatched, we will send an email titled: “Your order have been shipped” confirming our acceptance of your order, the email will include your package(s) tracking number so you can follow you order and know when you can expect to receive your item(s).
  • You will also receive and SMS from the delivery company, with you tracking number and finally another SMS once the goods have been delivered. please see more under shipping and handling

At what time in the ordering process are you bound by your order?

Physical goods: Before submitting the order, you have the option to change any of the information you have entered, including delivery and/or payment information. You also have the option to change/add or remove items from your shopping cart. The moment you click “order”, in the final Stripe gateway fields – you confirm your payment and the receipt appears on your screen, you are now bound by your submitted offer. The email you receive under the heading “Thank you for your order” is an automatic confirmation that we have received your offer. Please note that the confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your offer and we therefore reserve the right to refuse your offer even if you have received the automatic confirmation. If you should have immediate regrets or made an error when you placed your order, don’t worry, please hurry and just send us an email asap, our customer team is here to help. –  if the goods have not been dispatched we will be happy to assist you canceling the order that way everybody saves the cost of shipping. If your goods have been dispatched and are in route to you, or has arrived, there is still time to regret and return the goods. Please read more under “Right of regret and returns”, which includes the form you will need.

The agreement between us has been concluded from the date the order has been received.

Access to the agreement: This agreement is included as an attachment in the confirmation email, if you have deleted it by mistake don’t worry just send us an email to, or download it from our site. We keep your signed agreements, including your offer and order confirmation, for our record for a certain period of time, and will be happy to send you a copy. We do however recommend that you also save these documents as they will not necessarily be available for an unlimited amount of time.

Action against fraud: In order to protect you and our other customers from fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we reserve the right to conduct verification checks. The verification check may include reviewing the data you send when submitting your offer, including your address, payment information and screening of your offer.

 3. Payment and Delivery

Payment options: Unless expressly stated otherwise in our order confirmation, payment for goods shall be made at the time of purchase without offset or deduction. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American express via Stripe secure payment system, in compliance with GDPR. We do not at any point see or handle your actual payment data, Stripe secure payment systems utilize encrypted digital tokens. We use Stripe Radar to detect fraud, all fraudulent activity detected on our site will be reported to the proper authorities. Beach Cocktail Company accepts payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Visa – Dankort (If you are using a Visa-Dankort, the payment will be withdrawn on the visa portion of your card, you cannot use a ‘’straight’’ Dankort). In the Stripe payment field. You will be asked to fill in your credit cards 16 digit number, the expiration date and the CVC Card security code (for Visa and MasterCard this code is found on the back of your card and applies to the last 3 digits in the signature field on your card, this is also called a CVV ‘’card verification value’’ in some case CVV2. CVV2 is a second generation improved version of the original CVV. On American Express cards the CVC or CVV is a 4 digit numeric code located on the front of the card on the right side just above your credit card number.) The CVC or CVV numbers are required for the payment to be approved in order to maintain a high level of security. Other equivalent safety measures may apply.

When your payment has been accepted and approved we will process your order for shipping and handling.

Prices are listed in Danish Kroner unless clearly specified otherwise. The cost of shipping is added to the price of the goods, additional charges or fees may apply depending on your chosen payment method or location.

VAT: The prices listed on goods includes Danish Vat (Moms) at 25 %. If you are domiciled in any country other than Denmark and the order is shipped to a different VAT zone, the 25% VAT may not apply to you, once you enter your country in the billing and shipping field, the shopping cart will reflect the applicable VAT rate for your country.

Customs: You are responsible for the cost of customs clearance, local taxes, and other import fees if applicable when ordering goods for delivery outside Denmark. Note! at this time we only service Denmark from this website, please contact us at if you are outside our region.

Late Fees/Interest: If your payment is declined, the order will not be accepted and it will be canceled. If payment is declined or withdrawn after the order has already left our facilities, we will send a bill to you, if payment is not received within 8 business days, we will add a late fee of DKK 100 pr. for each payment due notice, if payment is not received after 2 payment due notices, the claim will be turned over for collection, fees may apply according to law.

Sales and special offers: Sales and special offers may apply if a product is listed as a sale or special offer, the discount has already been deducted from the price shown, that way the price that is shown will always be ‘’your price’’ in accord with the guidelines set by forbrugerombudsmanden.

Delivery Terms & Conditions Goods will be delivered to the shipping address or mail pick up location you provide at the time of ordering. Products are delivered every week’s weekdays. Your item will be delivered 2 – 5 business days after ordering. For certain goods and destinations, special delivery terms apply. The terms will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods. We are currently shipping within Denmark. If you are in a different region please email us at and we will try to accommodate your request if possible. For destination outside Denmark longer shipping time is to be expected.

Shipping and Handling  Shipping is provided by Shipmondo via their economy service and shipping partners to keep the cost as low as possible, a shipping time of 2-5 business days is expected in addition to handling. The exact carrier might vary depending on their best price.

If one or more of your items are on back order with our suppliers, we retain the right to split your order and send the items in separate packages at our expense. If it is not possible to fulfill your order in a timely matter, we retain the right to cancel the order for said item/items and you will not be charged.

4. The right of regret and returns (Applies to private customers only)

Yes, but of course! As a private customer, you have 14 days to return physical purchases from our web-shop The time limit for your right of regret and returns expires 14 days after you or a by your chosen third party (shipping company personnel excluded) receives the package physically, in cases when the time limit expires on a holiday, the time limit will be extended to the following business day. The goods must be returned in their original packaging.

The cost of shipping and returning the goods are held by you.

We do NOT offer returns on Electronically downloadable items and e-books. When the transfer has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment, you lose your right to terminate the purchase.

How to use your right of regret?

Simply send an email notification to to notify us that you have regrets, and wish to return the goods along with a copy of your original receipt. Provided we have received your cancellation notice before the deadline for the expiration, it is valid.

When the returned goods are received at our address and approved, we will transfer the full amount back to the account number you used at the time of purchase. OBS! It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination. The refund will be processed through Stripe secure payment gateway, Stripe submits the refund request to your bank immediately, but it can take approximate 5-10 days for the credit to go through depending on your bank, the credit will be named refund or in some cases reversal depending on the time passed from the time of purchase to the request has been submitted. The cost of shipping is not refundable. To expedite your returns as efficiently as possible, please attach a letter with your full name, contact information, and the order number, as well as documentation for your purchase in the form of the original order confirmation / original receipt. Exceptions to the Right of Regret and Returns: 

The condition of the product when you return it:

The prerequisite for the right of regrets and returns is that the goods returned to us are in the same condition as they were when you received them.

You are responsible for any deterioration of the value of the product (s) due to handling, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the product. In other word’s you may handle the product in the same manner as if you handle it in a physical store. If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned depending on the products commercial value. In order to receive the full amount of the purchase amount you can do the same as you would at a physical store, you can inspect it but not take it into real use.

  • There is no right of regret and returns on items you have downloaded electronically.
  • We do not offer returns on business to business orders.

Defective goods and defects, or incorrect items: Your purchase is subject to the Danish Purchase ACT. This gives you the right to get a damaged product exchanged, repaired, discounted or your money back depending on your specific situation. It is a requirement that your claim is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a consequence of an incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.  You can file a complaint within 24 months from the date of delivery.

Where do we keep you Data? Your data is kept off location in conjunction with our actual shop, using the industry standard of protection according to the GDPR guidelines for compliance. Copies of your order/invoice and relevant documents such as your acceptance of terms and conditions, privacy policy, are keep for 5-7 years according to comply with legal requirements, bookkeeping, accounting and local tax laws. This could also include email correspondence or call history, which might document a special arrangement, request or a dispute, which are necessary for us to keep for legal documentation, all unnecessary correspondence and call history will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the original intended purpose. Your data can only be accessed via complex security passwords such as two-factor authentication and full site SSL.
